For my first actlab project, I took one of the Canon Eluras down to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Using the camera as a first person perspective, I started on Frenchman Street and walked the 8 blocks over to Bourbon in 1 take. I then sped up the film 666% added music and created a dream sequence. This project was inspired by the passage of time whilst dreaming. The idea that one could live a mental lifetime in the course of a few minutes.
